A little self-inspection
Taking advange of: Harvard Business Review: What Kind of Thinker Are You?
Focus. The first step is to identify the focus of your thinking in a particular context or setting. Do you tend to pay the most attention to ideas, process, action, or relationships?
Orientation. The next step is to notice whether your orientation in that setting swings toward the micro or the macro — the big picture or the details.
The third step is to combine these two dimensions and see the thinking style at work in whatever context or setting you chose.
For example, on the big picture or macro orientation:
- Explorer thinking is about generating creative ideas.
- Planner thinking is about designing effective systems.
- Energizer thinking is about mobilizing people into action.
- Connector thinking is about building and strengthening relationships.
Across the micro or detail orientation:
- Expert thinking is about achieving objectivity and insight.
- Optimizer thinking is about improving productivity and efficiency.
- Producer thinking is about achieving completion and momentum.
- Coach thinking is about cultivating people and potential.
So, for the future, just call me Jack the explorer, the mapmaker.
- Details stun me, they have to be put in the big picture, the only picture
- There's no heart for action, not even me convince myself
- Relationships require to strengthen ties, ties that restrict movement and i suffer from claustrophobia (merinthophobia just sounds too pedant)

nota 1: (28 Nov 2015) He leído en El País una entrevista a Albert Pla por su libro "España de mierda"... y me ha gustado. De vez en cuando hay que romper para poder construir.

Podría enlazar su "Viva España" que es más rompedor... pero me vicia demasiado su lado más salvaje de la vida.
Estás como una regadera Carlos, pero en el sentido positivo, como podría decirselo a Albert Plà por ejemplo, que también tiene sus cosas, jejeje. Soy el anónimo de Les Luthiers, por diferenciar, entre anónimos. Si quieres te contesto a tus dos mensajes, por gmail, que esa entrada, ya está muy recargada. Les daría positivo a tus contestaciones, aunque tengo un par de discrepancias, técnicas nada más. Ah, pero no me gusta que filtres los mensajes privados en tu blog, y menos poniendo nombres, not cool.
ResponderEliminarSobre lo del interculturalismo, ya que lo mencionabas, este fin de semana largo, vi una festividad que quizás te guste, Zwarte Piet, lo hacen en Los Países Bajos, el 6 de diciembre el día de San Nicolás, que es cuando ellos suelen comprar regalos para los niños. Si no lo conocías, quizás te guste al buscarlo en google. Saludos.
Hola, Les Luthiers considerarían que "el anónimo de Les Luthiers" es un apodo con una longitud inadecuada, preferirían algo así como "el anónimo de Les Luthiers que envidiaba la situación de Suiza". ;-)
